How to get a refund.

Tried to register but it said my email was already registered but I have never registered. Tried to log in and tapped forgot password but got no response.

Why is it so difficult to simply return and get a refund. It would put me off using the website again.

According to the FLORYDAY faq section, you should return the item following these steps:
  • submit a form at floryday.com/faqs.html?code=RR by selecting your item code and issue details for the return;
  • get the return address and instructions;
  • send your return tracking number or a picture of return receipt to FLORYDAY customer service team.

The refund should be processed within 24h after receiving the returned package. You should receive the refund within 7-15 working days.

According to Floryday shipping policy once your order is shipped, their system will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to DHL,UPS or other delivery companies' website and you will know where your package is. The item will be shipped within 7 days. Standard Shipping is 7-30 business days.

Unfortunately Floryday customer service doesn't provide any phone numbers for Netherlands. you may try to contact them by yourself via online support form.
