Hello
I am making a complaint about floryday.com in regards to the above order no 16- 12- 20.
I ordered grey jumpee fro floryday.com.
I didn't like the item and returned it to floryday.com from Post Office. Hollowell Way, Brownsover, Rugby a couple of weeks later, for which I recieved proof posting reciept.
I have since been asked for payment of said top through klarna.
I have informed klarna and floryday.com that I infact alreday returned item
6th April 2021 to the July2021 , I have be "batted" backwards and forwards between floryday.com and klarna.com , each telling me to contact the other in regards to thus dispute.
As it was sometime since return, I disposed of the reciept from the post office.
I have since been harassed about payment for item I returned.
When I last contacted Klarna, I was asked by them to question floryday.com why I was refunded £9.00?
What was that for?
I accept that I was responsible for the shipping cost of £5.25
So it doesn't make sense that I was refunded £9.00 if you didn't recieve the item.
There is also a difference of £3.00?
Can you please explain what this neans.
I would appreciate a breakdown of this order and monies recieved.
I will never order from floryday.com again!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the company and its ineptitude un resloving this matter. I have been harassed and stressed regarding this issue and getting nowhere.
Klarna have, as you probably know gave "Paused" payment whilst this is being resolved
Please can someone listen and resolve this matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

I have never had any correspondence from FLORYDAY and I am still getting e mails telling me to sign in for new offers. I wish I had never heard from this company
