I didn't get my stuff ordered 15/12/2020, two tracking systems shows two different locations of the packages. Costumer service said please wait, then I just asked for an update, and received an answer: we will be able to deliver by February 4th in the 5th I wrote to them and got an answer from what we checked the packages are in finished processing status, still in the origin country.
Then when realized I probably won't get my stuff, I asked for a refund and got the answer you have to get the package first and then send the products back for refund
when I explained that that is the problem that I didn't get my stuff and that is why I want a refund.
Got the same answer.
I asked for someone to talk to me not via e-mail which is the only way to contact them and I keep waiting for the call, my stuff, refund... something?
